The teams’ places in the standings of the group are determined in accordance with scored points sum during all matches of group stage of CFU Open Winter Cup. In case of points equality, the teams’ places in groups are determined by:

- the game result among themselves;
- the best goal difference in all matches;
- the largest number goals for in all matches;
- fewer penalty points (caution – 1 point, suspend – 3 points) in all matches;
- draw.
