The delegation from the Crimean Football Union employees, headed by the president of the organization Iurii Vetokha, visited the football academy of FC "Krasnodar" to familiarize during the summer off-season. This football school is one of the most successful and modern children`s sports institutions not only in Russia, but also in Europe. The main activity of the Academy is the young talents development.
According to the head of the Youth football committee of the Crimean football union mr. Gennadiy Sapozhnikov, the FC "Krasnodar" Academy is better than many European analogues.
"This football school has absolutely all necessary conditions that are mandatory for conducting full training classes. Today students of the FC "Krasnodar" Academy have two inflatable arenas with artificial cover for training during the cold season, fifteen full-size football fields (twelve fields with a natural grass, as well as three with a synthetic grass.) Also there are training fields of smaller size and grass areas intended for playing futnet at the base. In addition, the youngest players have an opportunity to train in a special children`s community", – Gennadiy Sapozhnikov told to the press service of the CFU.
There is also a stadium with a capacity of more than three thousand seats at the Academy territory, where the youth team of "Krasnodar" hold its matches.
The main housing of the Academy is divided into two parts – educational and sports. The first of them is a full comprehensive school with the most modern equipment.
This school meet all necessary requirements of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. Students from 6th to 11th grade can study there. There is also a dining room, an assembly hall, office rooms, as well as hotel rooms for visiting parents.
The sports part includes a medical-recovery center, a swimming pool, saunas, a gym and a sports hall, as well as a room for trampolining. The pupils of the Academy live in ten modern comfortable cottages, designed for up to 40 people each.
Impressions of visiting this training base of the CFU delegation were not just positive, but enthusiastic.
Currently, the FC "Krasnodar" Academy teaches the art of football more than 1100 students and all players take part at competitions held by the FUR (Football union of Russia). Young players are involved also in other football tournaments on a mandatory basis.
The Academy prepare the professionals, and it can be seen from the way of increase the level of football skill of students.
As Gennadiy Sapozhnikov told to the press service of the CFU, the Academy of FC "Krasnodar" created all the conditions for the as possible fastest progress.
"Among the declared features of the Krasnodar system of football players development: the absence of positions specialization up to 14-15 years, the absence of monotony in the training process, the completion of the comprehensive development of technique to 13 years, the encouragement of creativity. The pupils managed not only to become winners and prize-winners of the Russian competitions, but also to appear on the international arena in seven years of the Academy in existence, as well as to refill line ups of the junior national teams of the country in various age categories", – said Gennady.

We saw the ultramodern football academy, where more than a thousand young football players are training. I am sure that the graduates of the Academy, who training in such comfortable conditions will able to continue their career in professional clubs in the near future, but also will significantly reinforce our national team. And we need to seek to create such infrastructure at the Crimea and adopt the experience of our Krasnodar colleagues.
