"Yevpatoriya" and "Gvardeets" will decide the fate of the CFU Cup-2021 on May 9

The final match of the Crimean football union Cup draw, season-2021 will be in urban type settlement Agrarnoe, Simferopol on next Sunday, May 9, where will play FC "Yevpatoriya" and FC "Gvardeets" (Skvortvo, Simferopol district).

"Yevpatoriya" was stronger than "TSK-Tavriya", Simferopol in quarterfinal on the way to the CFU Cup final-2021, won both matches with summary score 5:3. And "Gvardeets" confidently dealt with "Ocean", Kerch in quarterfinal on aggregate – 6:1.

FC "Sevastopol" resisted to "Yevpatoriya" in semifinal stage of the CFU Cup-2021. Both matches ended in a draw (1:1 and 3:3). But "Yevpatoriya" got into the final due to more away goals. As for "Gvardeets", it met with "Kyzyltash", Bakhchysaray in semifinal. Bakhchysaray was stronger in the first game – 1:0, and "Gvardeets" won in return leg – 3:1 – and got into final.

"Yevpatoriya" played twice in the CFU Cup finals earlier, at that both times with FC "Krymteplitsa". Yevpatoriya won in the season 2016/20217 – 2:1, and lost in the season 2019/20 – 1:2.

"Gvardeets" participated only once in the CFU Cup final. The team from Skvortsovo lost to "Sevastopol" in the season – 2018/2019 – 0:2.

The CFU Cup final – 2021 between "Yevpatoriya" and "Gvardeets" is entrusted to conduct the referees’ team led by Oleg Lapishko from Simferopol.

The final match will be on "Krymteplitsa" stadium and will start at 16 o’clock.

Admission to the stadium is free.

According to the Regulations of the tournament, in case of draw result in regular time of the match – the teams will conduct a shootoutseries after match.
